Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description Job Description As a Supply Chain Specialist for our client, you’ll support planning, scheduling, and purchasing activities while developing efficient production plans to meet customer demand. This role serves as a key link between customers and operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and timely issue resolution. Work Model: On-Site 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday What You Will Do: Utilize company systems to execute daily scheduling, planning, purchasing, and capacity planning activities Manage customer orders and forecasts, and create realistic production plans to meet requirements efficiently Coordinate order fulfillment by serving as the primary liaison between customers and operations Work directly with customers to address and resolve supply challenges, changes, and production-related concerns Document and maintain clear, accurate records of customer purchase orders, issues, and correspondence What You Will Need to Be Successful: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in supply chain management Benefits Overview: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
