Barista / Smoothie Maker – Fitness Center
Part-Time | Mornings & Weekends | Approx. Schedule 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Scioto Country Club is looking for a friendly and dependable Barista / Smoothie Maker to join our Fitness Center team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great service, and creating specialty coffee drinks and smoothies in a welcoming environment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks, smoothies, and other menu items
- Provide friendly and attentive service to members and guests
- Accurately process member charges
- Keep the beverage area clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities
- Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, and cross-contamination procedures
- Work together with the Fitness Center team to create a positive member experience
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous barista, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
- Friendly with strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Available for early morning shifts and weekends
