Inspect concrete pipe for cracks, chips, and other surface defects Perform repairs before curing, after curing, and prior to shipment Mix and apply patching materials to produce structurally sound, high-quality repairs Dress and finish pipe surfaces by removing excess concrete and correcting imperfections Maintain quality standards while repairing a high volume of products Keep work areas clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Assist with other production duties as needed Knowledge of concrete repair, finishing, and patching techniques Ability to identify defects and determine appropriate repairs Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Availability for overtime, including weekends, as needed High School Diploma or GED We are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
