Submit and deliver supplies as needed.On-Call for emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends.Screening for new Custodial Technicians.Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage.Manage employee callouts.Corresponding with Custodial Technicians.Report accidents/injury.Address and resolve any employee performance issues – Identify and retrain as seen or directed.Job Description:Train employees- Janitorial and administrative tasks.Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts.
