Job Description Job Description Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Legal Secretary to join our small, dedicated team. The Legal Secretary will report to the Office Manager and work closely with a team of 1-5 members, using off-the-shelf legal software to ensure efficient case handling and client service. There is a clear career path for growth within the firm, and no travel is required for this position. Responsibilities Greet clients, vendors, and visitors professionally and courteously Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently Schedule and coordinate client IME/EUO appointments Perform heavy data entry into case management software and hospital billing accounts Open and maintain organized client files Send demand letters to insurance companies and status letters to clients Generate client discharge, lien, and health lien letters Monitor, order, and stock office and kitchen supplies Assist with various administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Detail-oriented with accurate data entry proficiency Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced office environment Prior office experience is a plus but not required Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in legal support roles High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong client communication skills Effective multitasking and time management capabilities Well-developed organizational skills
