Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3+ years of experience in marketing account management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, and remarketing initiatives; at least one year of hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, website analytics tools, and reporting systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities.
• Multifamily, real estate, hospitality, agency, or client-facing marketing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a demonstrated interest in applying technologies to marketing.
• Experience building or customizing AI tools, such as custom ChatGPT, Claude Skills, or automated workflows is preferred.

In this role, you will

• Serve as the primary marketing partner for a portfolio of communities, developing customized marketing strategies that support leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with operations, leasing, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with community goals and market conditions.
• Develop and present comprehensive marketing reports, performance analyses, and recommendations to ownership groups, operational leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze marketing performance data, including traffic sources, lead conversion metrics, competitive trends, and return on investment, to drive strategic decision-making.
• Manage community digital presence, ensuring website content, online listings, advertising assets, and brand messaging remain accurate, consistent, and effective.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing strategies through campaign and channel performance analysis, onsite team feedback, and ongoing optimizations to messaging, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
• Oversee marketing budgets and advertising spend to maximize performance and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and advertising partners, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, resident engagement initiatives, and brand awareness efforts that enhance community performance.
• Support internal communication initiatives and cross-functional projects that strengthen organizational alignment and engagement.
• Ensure all projects, campaigns, and deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
• Continuously evaluate marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, Performance Max (PMax), display advertising, social media advertising, and remarketing initiatives; at least one year of hands-on experience preferred.
