Property Accountant

Phenomenal opportunity for experienced Property Accountant to join a commercial real estate /property management company in Dallas! The role overview and requirements to be considered for the role: This is a 100% onsite role in Downtown Dallas - no options for hybrid or remote - embrace the engagement with your team and staff! Must have 3+ years in commercial real estate accounting, preferably retail Proven experience with full-cycle accounting, preparing CAM recs (required), processing monthly financial statements, and assisting with annual budgets and forecasts. A bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and solid GAAP knowledge are required. A CPA is a plus but not mandatory. Must have solid experience with Yardi OneSight experience is a plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr
