Project Portfolio Manager

Overseeing a portfolio of R&D projects, the full-time Project Portfolio Manager will ensure effective management processes, drive consistency across global project tools, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of projects aligned with strategic goals, prioritizing based on business impact and resource availability Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget while implementing best practices in project management Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status and outcomes, organizing cross-functional teams to implement projects from concept to completion Required qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or Project Management certification is a plus Proven experience in portfolio and project management, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment Experience with project management software and tools, including MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project, and SAP preferred
