The Opportunity:

As a Financial Services Professional at Strategic Financial Group, you'll be the driver behind our clients' financial success. You'll play a key role in developing strategic financial plans, analyzing financial data, forecasting trends, and working closely with our team to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Job Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
* Analyze client's financial status, develop and implement financial strategies.
* Collaborate with team to share best practices and improve processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry.
* Source new clients through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
* Leverage the full suite of resources available at Strategic Financial Group to provide clients with the best possible financial solutions.
* Commit to continuous training and professional development to enhance your practice and advance your career.

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of professional experience (sales, finance, real estate, banking, education, or client-facing roles preferred)
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
* Life and Health Insurance Licenses or willing to obtain
* FINRA Series 7 & Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) or willing to obtain
* Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
* Demonstrated success in a client-facing financial role.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
* A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.
