Responsibilities include providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, valuable experience, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within the agency.

Requirements include sales experience, a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams, self-motivation, ability to make presentations to potential customers, achievement of mutually agreed upon marketing goals, experience in marketing, bilingual - Spanish preferred, and property and casualty license (must be able to obtain) and life and health license (must be able to obtain).
