As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Erik Slaughter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Our agency was opened in 2015 after 25 years of coaching college football, which shaped the strong team culture we have today. Our office now includes 10 team members, and we operate with the same principles that make great teams successful: communication, trust, effort, and a genuine commitment to one another. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts and updating information in the database, assisting customers with policy changes and inquiries, processing insurance claims and following up with customers on claim status, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications include strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
