Responsibilities Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology. Qualifications This is for you if: You're a newly licensed agent (within your first year) ready to go full time and treat real estate as a career, not a side hustle. You're intrinsically motivated, competitive, and coachable. You build rapport easily, listen well, and naturally find solutions for people. You're not afraid of prospecting and lead generation - in fact, that's where you want to spend your energy. Objections don't rattle you. You communicate clearly and take service seriously.
