About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Customer Growth to play a pivotal role in transforming its delivery orchestration technology and connected logistics network into enduring customer partnerships and profitable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the customer journey from initial proof of value to recurring SaaS revenue, with a focus on retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell. This role requires the development and execution of customer growth strategies, including the establishment of account growth plans, renewal strategies, and the management of a qualified expansion pipeline. The VP will also be instrumental in building executive relationships, serving as a strategic advisor, and leading the pilot-to-SaaS conversion process. Applicants must have a proven track record in customer growth, strategic account management, or business development within complex B2B enterprise environments. Experience in converting enterprise pilots into SaaS agreements and a strong background in driving adoption and growth for technology platforms, particularly in logistics, supply chain, retail, or omnichannel fulfillment, is highly valued. The role demands a leader with strong financial and analytical skills, the ability to influence cross-functional teams, and a strategic yet hands-on approach to execution. Success will be measured by the pilot-to-SaaS conversion rate, revenue growth, and the ability to document and demonstrate customer value.
