Plant Controller – High-Impact Role (Meriden, CT Area)

If you’re a Plant Controller (or ready to step into one) who wants real ownership, visibility, and influence , this is the kind of role that doesn’t come around often.

We’re working with a well-established manufacturing company in the Meriden area that needs someone to step in and own the financial performance of a plant . This is not a back-office reporting role — you’ll be embedded with operations, helping drive decisions that directly impact cost, margin, and overall business performance.

• Full responsibility for plant financials — close, reporting, forecasting, and analysis
• Deep involvement in costing, inventory, and variance analysis
• Partnering directly with plant leadership to drive performance and accountability
• Building and improving financial visibility, KPIs, and reporting tools
• Supporting CapEx decisions and long-term planning
• Identifying and executing on cost savings and process improvements

• You’re not just reporting numbers — you’re influencing how the plant runs
• High visibility with leadership and real input into decision-making
• Broad scope across accounting, operations, and strategy

• Background in manufacturing finance or accounting
