Senior Project Manager

Senior Project ManagerOur client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager for their Peoria, IL location. Responsibilities include managing multiple application development projects simultaneously, driving project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, leading projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, coordinating cross-functional and multi-vendor teams to deliver business objectives, tracking project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones, preparing project plans, status reports, and executive communications, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project (MPP), Azure DevOps (ADO), and Jira, supporting adoption of GenAI capabilities within project management practices, and applying Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) best practices to improve delivery outcomes.Requirements include strong Project/Program Management experience supporting Application Development initiatives, hands-on experience delivering projects using Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, proven experience managing projects in a multi-vendor environment, experience with Microsoft Project, ADO, and Jira, PMP Certification preferred, and 14 years of experience.Why should you apply?
