Project ManagerLocation: Fremont, CA Pay: $38-$50/hr Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Position Type: Temp-to-HireEastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support manufacturing and product development initiatives. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules and resources, and help optimize processes to ensure quality products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.Develop project scopes, objectives, schedules, and detailed project plans.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate resource availability and allocation.Track project progress, performance, schedules, and costs.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.Identify project risks and implement strategies to minimize them.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Support process optimization and scalable manufacturing operations.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.3+ years of project management experience.Strong understanding of manufacturing and product development processes.Experience working with operations, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing/process teams.Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and leadership skills.Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced development environments.Ability to manage changing priorities and ambiguity while keeping projects on track.
