Instrument and Controls Technician Manager

Job Title: I&C Manager Full-time leadership position $120,000–$150,000 base + 15% STIP Leads the I&C team, working closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Area Managers Benefits: 401(k) matching, Dental, Health, Vision, Paid Time Off AND MORE About the Role We're looking for an experienced I&C leader to own instrumentation and controls for the plant — leading a team of technicians and support staff to keep systems running reliably through smart maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing.
