Entry Level Sales Operations Analyst
$68k - $84kYear Up United seeks an Entry Level Sales Operations Analyst to support our Education & Training partnerships within the Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will analyze partner and program data, maintain CRM records and dashboards, and support forecasting and pipeline reporting. You'll collaborate with relationship managers on proposals and outreach, identify trends to improve partner engagement, and help streamline sales processes. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, data-curious, eager to learn, and motivated by Year Up United's equity-driven, mission-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM and related sales operations systems to ensure accurate employer and participant data.
- Support the tracking and reporting of employer partnership pipelines, outreach activity, and placement outcomes.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations on key performance indicators for internal stakeholders.
- Assist with data analysis, forecasting, and trend identification to support sales strategy and program improvement.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up for meetings with employer partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and employer partnership staff to align data, processes, and communication.
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices to improve sales operations efficiency and accuracy.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance educational pathways and employer engagement for Year Up participants.
Required Skills

- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
