Principal Strategy Consultant

To architect and pilot a client-facing advisory business, the full-time Principal Strategy Consultant will design multi-agent systems for client enablement, lead high-stakes design sprints for C-suite stakeholders, and develop proprietary product offerings while working remotely. Key responsibilities Architect and develop the "Agentic Workflow Training" series and proprietary Pattern Libraries for complex fund strategies Design sophisticated system prompts and multi-agent workflows, ensuring high performance and minimal error rates Lead executive advisory sessions and collaborate with Sales to translate client needs into high-value consulting engagements Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in a client-facing, engagement-leadership role within a global consultancy Proficiency in large language models and orchestration frameworks Strong understanding of capital markets and the fundamental research process Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience thriving in rapidly changing environments with a focus on delivering results
