Responsibilities Partner with agency stakeholders to analyze business processes, regulations, eligibility requirements, and operational workflows, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Configure and optimize Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Service Cloud capabilities to support agency service delivery and compliance requirements. Design and implement structured case management solutions utilizing omni‑channel routing, queues, and public sector‑specific objects. Build and maintain declarative solutions including Flows, approval processes, business rules, page layouts, and automation without custom development. Configure public‑facing intake forms, self‑service portals, and knowledge management solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud. Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Work closely with teams in the Indianapolis office to support data integration strategies between Salesforce and legacy government systems. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, document test results, and coordinate issue resolution efforts. Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation to support successful platform adoption. Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, providing updates, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Support deployment planning, release validation, and post‑implementation activities to ensure successful project outcomes. Requirements 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce configuration and consulting experience. Proven experience supporting public sector organizations at the local, state, or federal level. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), including licensing, permitting, benefits management, or related public sector service models. Deep expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration. Experience working with Salesforce Shield and platform security best practices. Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce development, including Flows, approval processes, validation rules, and automation tools. Experience configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions for external users and stakeholders. Familiarity with case management, citizen services, and agency operational workflows. Experience participating in Agile and/or SAFe delivery environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Public Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
