About Charity Charge Charity Charge is an Austin-based fintech and Public Benefit Corporation that builds specialized financial products to help nonprofits grow. For the past decade, we've served the organizations most financial companies overlook, and today thousands of nonprofits run on Charity Charge, from local churches and food banks to large nationwide orgs like United Way and YMCA chapters. We move like a startup, and we've lasted like we're not one. The problem we solve is personal for the people we serve: most nonprofit leaders have to personally guarantee their organization's credit card, putting their own finances on the line for their mission. Our products end that. And because we're a Public Benefit Corporation, doing right by nonprofits is written into our legal charter, not just our marketing. Our mission is to power theirs. About the role Most entry-level sales jobs hand you a phone book and wish you luck. This isn't like that at all- no cold calling or lead lists. You'll only be talking with nonprofit leaders who have already asked to speak with us or apply for our products to help them finish the process. You'll be the first voice of Charity Charge: Calling back Executive Directors, CFOs, and board treasurers within hours of them reaching out, answering their questions, and walking them through getting a card their organization actually needs. No cold calls. No scripts read to strangers. Just real conversations with people doing meaningful work, who are glad you called. What you'll do Follow up with the nonprofit leaders as soon as they request our products Guide nonprofit leaders through their card application by phone and be the reason it felt easy Rescue stalled applications and walk them across the finish line Run your pipeline in HubSpot like a pro (we'll teach you; the skill goes with you for your whole career) Set up larger organizations with the right teammate through a clean, warm handoff Who crushes it here You genuinely like talking to people, and it shows in the first ten seconds of a call You're the organized one: consistent, on top of your follow-ups, and nobody falls through the cracks on your watch You've worked a customer-facing job of any kind: restaurant, retail, front desk, campus job. It all translates. Sales experience is not required; we train you on everything else.
