This role ensures that investors receive timely and accurate information, resolves inquiries efficiently, and supports the operational processes that underpin capital management and investor satisfaction. The position involves collaboration with investor relations, portfolio managers, operations, and compliance teams , requiring both strong analytical skills and client-focused communication.
