About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The CFO will be a key leader, responsible for the financial, administrative, and information technology functions of the organization. This role involves strategic financial planning, management of a $25 million budget, and ensuring operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will oversee a staff of 15, direct financial and business planning, and ensure the company's technology resources are aligned with its business needs. Additionally, the CFO will be involved in risk management, staff management, and will serve as a liaison to the Finance and Audit Committee. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a CPA, Master's degree, or equivalent professional certification. A minimum of 10-15 years' senior leadership experience in finance and administration is required, along with a strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The role demands a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, and experience in leading high-performing teams. The CFO will also be expected to have a solid understanding of technology, with experience in an Association Management System being a plus, and to demonstrate superior communication, analytical, and project management skills.
