Quick Facts Location: Twentynine Palms, CA Start Date: 04/01/2026 (Flexible) End Date: 11/30/2027 Shift: 12-hour rotating days/nights (including weekends) Hours/Week: 36-40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Active unrestricted MD or DO license; ABEM or AOBEM certification; ACLS & PALS Experience: Minimum 2 years recent full-time ER practice; Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $215.00 per hour (all-inclusive) Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2 options available) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success Additional benefits may be discussed upon application What You’ll Do Provide high-quality emergency medical care in a Level 1 Trauma Center Manage diverse cases including trauma, Urology, GI, cysto, and vascular cases Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Supervise, teach, and mentor residents and interns Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed What You Need MD or DO from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school ABEM or AOBEM certification Active, unrestricted medical license BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification At least 2 years recent ER experience in a similar setting Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Twentynine Palms, CA, renowned for its welcoming environment and commitment to excellence in emergency care.
