AI Operations Manager

To support the growth of the Enterprise AI team, the full-time AI Operations Manager will design and implement AI-native processes, oversee operational reporting, and facilitate stakeholder forums, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI-native operating processes to enhance planning and execution Orchestrate operational and program reporting, including the publication of key metrics across various systems Administer the Enterprise AI intake process and facilitate approval decisions with stakeholders Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in program management or operations within technology or AI environments Proven ability to connect people, processes, tools, and data into scalable operating mechanisms Experience creating executive-level narratives from complex operational information Working knowledge of Generative AI and enterprise AI use cases Strong attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset
