Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for one of our valued manufacturing clients. If you have experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable local employer.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
Perform emergency repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance
Work with mechanical systems including bearings, gears, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and motors
Diagnose and repair basic electrical systems, including AC/DC circuits, motor starters, fuses, and relays
Use hand tools, power tools, welders, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
Assist with equipment rebuilds, installations, and plant shutdown projects
Support production teams during equipment breakdowns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
High school diploma or skilled trades training preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
English proficiency required
Valid driver's license may be required

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hour shifts
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated equipment
Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, and industrial environments
Ability to wear required PPE at all times
