RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional, prompt, and friendly customer service, including addressing inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options.
• Proactively develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote tailored products and services to drive success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• We seek candidates who can tackle complex customer issues with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  • Desired Experience: 1-3 years preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate pride in delivering accurate, timely work, a team-oriented mindset, and multitasking prowess.
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty License (support provided)
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health License (support provided)

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Hattiesburg.
• Our office is open 8:30-5:00.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a proud graduate of Southern Illinois University.
• We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
