Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive team member and supplier contact with frequent interruptions. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Create, submit, and communicate daily with customer on invoicing Account for accurate, complete, and timely handling of Accounts Payable for all assigned profit and cost centers Review vendor invoices to ensure they are properly approved compared to the appropriate purchase order Clarify a questionable vendor invoice items, prices, quantities, and approvals with purchasing Communicate daily with internal teams to target problems on past due accounts and assist with identification of next steps to bring account to current Comply with accounting principles and company procedures Qualifications Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures. Ability to maintain confidential information. Good analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multi‑task and meet strict deadlines. Strong written and communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Must demonstrate self‑initiative and follow‑through. Excel proficiency required. SAP experience a plus. Education High School or GED equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr
