What Your Week Looks Like

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine each patient's physical therapy needs
• Build and adjust individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal patients
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities including ultrasound, e-stim, and heat/ice therapy
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and posture correction
• Track patient progress and refine treatment plans to keep functional outcomes on target
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to keep treatment coordinated and patient-centered
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries to standard

What We're Looking For

Education & Licensure: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program, with a valid PT license in New York State (or eligibility to obtain one at time of hire).

Certification: BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Clinical Background: Prior outpatient PT experience is preferred, with proficiency in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise prescription.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance, with frequent standing, walking, and bending throughout the day.
