They operate a 105-bed hospital facility, many outpatient primary care clinics, specialty centers, and more. They are currently hiring due to growth. Position Description Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Conduct thorough assessments Diagnose illnesses Develop appropriate treatment plans Monitor patients' health statuses and responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as needed Oversee medication management for patients with chronic conditions Perform routine medical procedures and interventions as required Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care Educate patients and families on preventive healthcare, treatments, medications, etc. Providers see a variable number of patients per day, with schedules thoughtfully created to ensure each visit has appropriate time allotted. Providers are well-supported by dedicated clinical assistants. The practice uses an EHR system.
