About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our adult primary care practice in Auburn, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, efficiency, and working within a supportive clinical environment.

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to an adult patient population in an established outpatient setting. The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care with an efficient workflow and strong clinical support.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Weekly on-call rotation

Clinical Expectations

• Provide full-spectrum primary care for adult patients
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Maintain a patient schedule of approximately 15-minute appointment slots
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care coordination

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for medical licensure in New York State
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or adult primary care
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume patient panel efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
