• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm; 7 am - 7 am hospital pager call
• Clinic: 14 - 15 patients per day; reduced to 10 per day when on call
• Combined clinic and hospital call position
• Full-scope OB & GYN required
• 350 deliveries per year -- 150/350 are C-sections
• Emergency GYN: vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomy, tubals, and more
• No VBACs; no high-risk deliveries unless urgent
• Midwives take call for their own patients -- shared call coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
