Accounting Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and keeping processes running smoothly.
What You'll Do Accounting- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Set up and maintain vendor and customer records
- Generate and send invoices
- Track due dates and manage payments
- Assist with payroll processing
- Manage incoming calls and maintain phone systems
- Organize and maintain company documentation and files
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Experience in office coordination, accounting, administration, or similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a good work ethic
- Must be able to work in a full time, onsite position
