We are looking for a Graphic Designer/Production Specialist who possesses the maturity, passion, energy, and experience in the sign business to collaborate with others on the team. Responsibilities Create, scale, and modify computer-generated full-color graphics for vinyl and printed products. RIP final art files for printing or cutting. Process raster and vector files, edit, resize, and finalize layer images. Interact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product. Prepare comprehensive illustrations, sketches, layouts, and copy for print reproduction. Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output. Maintain customer logo library and convert graphic files. Source images, understand copyright laws, release/usage requirements, and resolution specifications. Provide proofs as necessary for customer approval. Maintain an accurate electronic record of file storage following brand standards. Communicate with sales, service, and production teams on job requirements, timing, and special needs. Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary. Prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Participate in the brand mentality of "Everybody Sells" and look for sales opportunities for the center. Qualifications Ability to sit for long periods. Ability to view a computer screen for long periods. Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high‑quality work. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and RIP tools for printing and cutting.
