Location: Greater Chicago area (must reside in Greater Chicago area)
Base pay range: $78,000.00 – $96,000.00 per year
What You’ll Do
- Cultivate relationships with municipal and community leaders across the Midwest.
- Manage a pipeline of market opportunities and municipal approvals.
- Guide the permitting process and assist with franchise negotiations.
- Identify new market expansion and funding opportunities.
- Track regional trends, competitive activity, and local development projects.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of business development or sales experience, ideally in telecom or infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of municipal processes and permitting workflows.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel 50–75% regionally.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
