At Kitchen Guard of Colorado , we are transforming commercial kitchen fire prevention and exhaust safety. We are seeking a relentless, high-energy Outside Sales Representative to hunt new business, open doors across the Front Range, and build a massive earning pipeline.
If you thrive on the hunt, love face-to-face B2B selling, and want an uncapped commission check where your income directly reflects your effort, this is your role. Compensation & Benefits (Colorado Equal Pay Compliance)
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annual base pay (dependent on experience) to ground you while you build your pipeline.
- Uncapped Commission: Direct pay-for-performance commission structure with zero ceiling on total earnings.
- Vehicle & Travel Stipend: Monthly vehicle/fuel allowance provided for territory travel.
- Essential Industry Demand: Every restaurant and commercial kitchen requires kitchen exhaust cleaning by fire code—you are selling necessary compliance and safety peace of mind.

- Hunt & Close: Cold-call, prospect, and walk into commercial kitchens and restaurant locations across Colorado to connect directly with decision-makers.
- Site Inspections & Consultations: Perform visual checks (including rooftop access via ladders) to evaluate kitchen exhaust systems and identify compliance risks.
- Deliver Solutions: Present consultative proposals, explain technical safety standards clearly, and close business on short sales cycles.
- Manage Your Territory: Build and track a strong sales pipeline using our modern CRM tools.
- Location: Must live in Colorado with local territory knowledge across the Denver Metro and Front Range areas.
- Sales Drive: 1–3+ years of success in B2B outside sales, field sales, or door-to-door cold prospecting (experience in commercial services or restaurants is a major plus).
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation for field sales calls.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable working at heights, climbing A-frame ladders to access rooftops, and lifting up to 40 lbs during site evaluations.
