We are looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse, Production, Forklift, and Machine Operator Associates to join our clients' growing teams in the West Houston area. We have multiple opportunities available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

These positions require strong reliability, a good work ethic, and a consistent commitment to attendance and overall job performance.

Job Title: Warehouse, Production, Forklift & Machine Operator Associates
Location: West Houston, TX 77028
Shift Schedule: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available
Pay: $15–$20/HR, depending on position and experience

Key Requirements:

• Must be dependable and committed to maintaining consistent attendance
• Ability to work assigned shift and schedule consistently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required by the position
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. depending on position
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, forklift, or machine operating experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse, production, and general labor tasks as assigned
• Operate forklifts or other equipment when required and properly trained
• Operate and monitor production machinery as assigned
• Load, unload, move, pick, pack, and stage materials and products
• Handle materials and products safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks and follow production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

• $15–$20 per hour
• 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available
