Requirements

• Active, full South Carolina state PT license required prior to start — compact license alone is not sufficient for this location
• License required if applicable
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
• SSN required for consideration
• Experience with InSync EMR preferred

• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility as a PRN or permanent employee must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year to be eligible as a traveler
