Job Summary:
This ICU Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in AIKEN, South Carolina. The role involves providing specialized critical care for patients in a multidisciplinary intensive care unit, utilizing advanced technology such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, pulmonary artery catheters, ECMO/tandem heart, and more. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: AIKEN, South Carolina
• Shift: Days, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (minimum 36 hours)
• Required Qualifications: RN license required; BSN highly desired; cerner experience required; 2 years ICU Acute Care experience required; certifications including BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CPI (Must be Crisis Prevention Institute's NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training course)

• Additional Information: The ICU provides care for neurological, neuro-surgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma patients. Utilizes various advanced medical technologies to care for critically ill patients, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, arterial and central lines, ECMO/tandem heart, Impella, BIS monitors, CRRT, and infusion pumps. The role involves performing a variety of patient care functions in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
