Position Title: RN Critical Care

Job Location: Pittsfield, MA

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shifts: Nights

Must Have: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)

Responsibilities:

Patient Monitoring : Monitoring and interpreting vital signs and patient conditions closely, including cardiac rhythms, oxygen levels, and neurological status.
Implementing Interventions: Implementing critical interventions such as mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic support, and advanced wound care.
Collaborating in Multidisciplinary Teams : Working closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and respond to emergencies.
Patient Advocacy: Advocating for patients' needs, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and informed decision-making during critical illness.

Education & Experience Requirements:

2 years current Critical Care experience
