Empowerment-Focused Young Adult Case Manager
Wyandot Behavioral Health Network
Wyandot Behavioral Health Network seeks a Case Manager to provide goal-directed services for young adults (18-26) with severe mental illness to improve functioning and reduce hospitalizations. You will support attendance at groups and drop-in services, and collaborate with the EPIC Team serving those in their first episode of psychosis.
