In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of safety matters related to equipment, processes, and human behaviour. You act as an active promoter of safety culture, serving as an example and support to colleagues, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.On average, you will spend about half of your working time on the production floor—sometimes even more. There, you can observe operations at a practical level, influence safety directly, and ensure smooth processes. In our large and growing production environment, you will have excellent opportunities to develop your expertise, learn new things, and see the tangible results of your work. Tässä roolissa vastaat monipuolisesti niin laitteisiin, prosesseihin kuin ihmisten toimintaan liittyvästä turvallisuudesta. Toimit aktiivisena turvallisuuskulttuurin edistäjänä, esimerkkinä ja tukena niin omille työkavereille kuin toimittajille, urakoitsijoille ja alihankkijoille.Tehtävässä vietät keskimäärin noin puolet työajasta tuotantotiloissa, toisinaan enemmänkin. Siellä pääset seuraamaan toimintaa käytännön tasolla, vaikuttamaan suoraan turvallisuuteen ja varmistamaan prosessien sujuvuutta. Isossa ja kasvavassa tuotantoympäristössä pääset kehittämään omaa asiantuntijuuttasi ja oppimaan uutta - ja näkemään oman työsi jäljen konkreettisesti. Työ palkitsee sillä, että turvallisuutta parannetaan yhdessä ja onnistumiset näkyvät koko tehdasyhteisössä.
