Licensing Specialist

REAL Solutions Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Licensing Specialist with at least three years of experience in pharmacy or drug supply chain licensing. In this role, you will help ensure compliance for our clients, who include businesses from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, by performing accurate and timely licensing work. Overview Apply Our Mission A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) YEARS OF PHARMACY AND/OR DRUG SUPPLY CHAIN LICENSING COMPLIANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. Key Responsibilities Licensing Compliance Project Management and Licensing Support. Initiate, plan, and execute assigned projects for the Licensing Department, defining scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within scope. Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates and status reports. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance project outcomes. Manage project estimates, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Apply problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges, adapting project plans as necessary to achieve project objectives. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, estimates, and post-project evaluations for future reference. Continuously assess and improve project management processes by incorporating lessons learned and industry best practices. Facilitate the drafting, compiling, and filing of client license applications. Client Support Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a point of contact for complex inquiries, concerns, and escalations. What You Already Have Attorney, Paralegal, or previous work within the legal field At least 3 years experience with pharmacy or drug supply chain; this experience must include work associated with drafting, compiling, and filing license applications (i.e. Initial license acquisition, change notices, and renewals) with regulatory entities, including Boards of Pharmacy Extensive knowledge or prior work experience with Adobe Acrobat Demonstrated ability to work in a home-based, virtual environment free of distraction Proficiency with GSuite and Microsoft Office, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel and PowerPoint Start-up focused mentality, with a solution-oriented attitude Ability to learn new tasks quickly and perform them competently Analytic thinking, great communication skills, attention to detail, efficient and independent working style Ability to effectively prioritize and manage numerous activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
