Partner Business Manager

Managing the partner ecosystem within the Americas region, the full-time Partner Business Manager for Financial Services and Insurance will drive strategic partner planning, business development, and enablement while working remotely. Key responsibilities Articulate the UiPath platform and develop go-to-market strategies focused on Financial Services and Insurance verticals Build and manage a network of Enterprise Partners to enhance customer business transformation through automation solutions Oversee partner training and enablement, ensuring effective execution of sales campaigns and service delivery Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in Partner Management or Director-level leadership Demonstrated experience in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors Proven track record of growing a go-to-market channel organization Strong business acumen and experience in high-growth startup environments Exceptional business development and negotiation skills
