Position Overview
Temporary contractor support is needed for Project to assist with knowledge management activities, including organizing, validating, maintaining, and improving access to key project documentation and business-critical information.
This role will help ensure project content is accurate, searchable, well-governed, and accessible to stakeholders while supporting project timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of knowledge management systems, document repositories, and collaboration platforms.
• Organize, maintain, and validate business-critical information and project documentation.
• Ensure content is accurate, accessible, searchable, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to improve content quality and usability.
• Support efforts to enhance the user experience and improve access to critical information.
• Assist with knowledge management processes and initiatives that encourage adoption and effective use of available resources.
• Help establish and maintain consistent practices for organizing, governing, and sharing business-critical information.
• Support project timelines and deliverables through effective management and organization of project content.

Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge management, document management, information management, content management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to review, validate, organize, and maintain large amounts of information and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
• Proficiency with document repositories, collaboration platforms, and standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve content organization, accessibility, searchability, and user experience.
