Job Skills / Requirements LACOSTA is hiring experienced Industrial Sanitation Technicians for a large, fast-paced industrial cleaning project. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and frequent overtime available due to a high volume of work. Employees are guaranteed at least 8 hours per day and should expect extended shifts on a regular basis. Job Schedule: Monday–Friday + Frequent Overtime 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday) $22.00–$28.00/hour (based on experience) Job Duties: Help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment by performing a variety of industrial cleaning and general labor tasks, including: High-pressure washing of equipment and facility areas Industrial cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment General labor tasks as assigned Safe use and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Following all safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines Working efficiently as part of a structured team Completing additional cleaning tasks as needed to meet production and project demands This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing, and repetitive cleaning throughout the shift. Requirements: Previous industrial cleaning or pressure washing experience preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, equipment, and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals Ability to work extended hours as needed in a fast-paced environment Must follow all company safety policies and procedures Required PPE includes steel-toed boots, safety vest, safety glasses, hearing protection (ear plugs), and any additional PPE as required Must remove all jewelry and accessories before entering the work area LACOSTA's mission is to make our customers' environments clean, healthy, safe, and efficient.
