You’ll own marketplace performance, strengthen account health, improve listings, drive advertising results, analyze customer and sales data, and identify the opportunities that can turn marketplace traffic into profitable growth.

What you’ll do

• Own the day-to-day management and growth of Amazon Seller Central
• Monitor account health, compliance, performance metrics, and policy requirements
• Optimize listings, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and product pages
• Conduct keyword research and improve organic rankings
• Develop marketplace growth strategies using sales and competitive data
• Collaborate on Amazon Advertising and improve ROAS and profitability
• Manage pricing, product opportunities, FBA recommendations, and inventory
• Resolve account issues, disputes, policy violations, and IP claims
• Lead monthly business reviews and present marketplace performance to leadership
• Provide direction to marketplace support specialists
• Collaborate across Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and Quality

What you’ll need

• 2+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
• 2+ years of eCommerce or digital marketplace experience
• Experience managing Amazon account health, compliance, and performance
• Experience with high-SKU B2C catalogs
• Strong Amazon listing, A+ Content, Brand Store, and SEO experience
• Experience with Amazon Advertising
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Strong Excel and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
