Property Maintenance Technician: Make-Ready & Repairs
Greystar
Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical upkeep of our properties, including units, grounds, and common areas. You will respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and assist in the make-ready process for new move-ins. This role requires hands-on problem-solving and adherence to safety standards.
