Thomas Safran & Associates, Inc. is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician at Hollywood Fountain North in Hollywood, CA. This 89-unit Section 8, age-restricted property requires a regular full-time schedule Monday–Friday with flexible start/end times.
