- Prepare materials and documentation for upcoming client meetings
- Coordinate follow-up tasks and action items after client meetings
- Maintain accurate client records and update information in the CRM system
- Assist with data gathering and documentation needed for client planning conversations
- Support advisors and team members with operational and administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients regarding follow-up items and service requests
- Assist with managing meeting workflows, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Contribute to a team-based environment supporting multiple advisors and client relationships
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in client service, financial services, banking, insurance, real estate, or a related professional services industry preferred
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort speaking with clients by phone
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience and demonstrated expertise in wealth management operations, with a range of $47,000 - $65,000 annually - exempt.
- 50% of health insurance premium paid for employee only, up to a monthly maximum. Dental, vision and disability insurance also available.
